From a real person to a better decision.
How feedback gets into Vouch, what verification does, and how it becomes intelligence a business can act on.
Someone shares an experience.
People find businesses in the Vouch app and review the ones they know. For Vouch for Business customers, we can also agree collection points that suit their customers.
Vouch checks the basics.
Every review needs a rating and real detail, between 20 and 500 characters. Each person can review a business once. Automated and manual moderation catches inappropriate language, low-quality posts and spam.
Provenance is attached.
Each response carries where it came from: a verified unique human, a signed-in account or a specific collection point. Nothing is dropped for being unverified. It’s labelled.
AI makes sense of it.
Feedback is grouped into the themes that matter to each business, scored for sentiment and tracked over time, by location, product or team.
A team decides what to do.
Businesses see the result in an environment configured around them, with briefings and answers that keep the evidence attached.
What World ID verification means.
World ID lets someone prove they’re a real, unique person without revealing who they are. In Vouch it’s optional, and it’s honest about its limits.
What it establishes
- A real person took part, not a bot or a script.
- They’re unique: the same World ID can’t verify a second Vouch account.
- Their reviews are marked as verified wherever they appear.
iWhat Vouch receives
- A cryptographic proof, validated through World’s services.
- No iris code, face data or other raw biometric information.
- Vouch stores only whether an account is verified.
–What it doesn’t establish
- That a particular review is accurate or fair.
- Who the person is.
- That unverified feedback is fake.
World’s handling of verification data is governed by World’s privacy policy. Vouch’s own handling is set out in our Privacy Policy.
No number without a label.
In Vouch business environments, every figure says what kind of evidence it is.
Taken directly from a source, such as a verified response or a public listing.
Themes and sentiment assigned by AI, traceable to the responses behind them.
A model’s estimate. Useful for prioritising, never presented as fact.
Demonstration data, clearly marked.
Built to know less about you.
Verification without identity.
Vouch learns that you’re a unique human, not who you are.
No tracking for ads.
The app doesn’t collect precise location, contacts or advertising identifiers, and doesn’t track you across apps.
